Lost Packages:

  • You as the Jeweler are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Lost orders can be reordered with a discount (contact service@premierdesigns.com for assistance)


2nd Day & Overnight Shipping:

  • Please note this does not speed up order processing time
  • Mon – Fri delivery only
  • Physical address is required
  • If a Gem Member qualifies for free shipping and chooses 2nd Day or Overnight shipping there is no discount for 2nd Day or Overnight shipping.


Back Order Shipping:

When an order has escalated shipping (2nd Day for $8 or Overnight for $20) and has an item back-ordered the back-ordered item is not shipped with 2nd Day or Overnight.
