When working with a customer or Hostess order click the "More Options" button to see additional options.
More Options has features like:
- Make a customer the Hostess
- Make a Hostess a customer (Remove them as the Hostess of the order)
- Change the Event an order is associated with
- Remove an order from an Event
- Delete the Order
