How do I access the file?

You will login to your Jeweler Site, click Orders, and see the "Order History" button in the upper right.

Then, you may see a drop down for January - August and September - December if you have activity for both time periods.  Simply select one to begin downloading the file.

When you click the either January - August or September - December you may notice a tab in your browser may open as the file downloads.  The file(s) may not immediately open when it has finished downloading, so you may need to find it on your computer within "Downloads" or check within your browser window once it finishes downloading.

Why does Hostess overage not display in the Hostess overage column for Sept-Dec?

Prior to September 1 Hostess overage was not included in CV; however, beginning September 1 it is included in CV (Jeweler Cost).  This means for January - August any Hostess overage will display in the "Hostess overage" column and for September-December any overage is included in the Jeweler Cost column.
