If an incorrect sales tax rate is applied to your Personal Order, please see the following steps listed below:


1.       Verify that the address in the Jeweler Site > My Account includes an accurate 9 digit zip code.  You can access this by selecting “My Account” from the left hand side of your Dashboard.

2.       If the ZIP+4 is not present in the Address section of your profile, please enter the correct 9 digit zip code for your address using a hyphen to separate the 5 digit destination code and the 4 digit route code, and save the changes.

3.       Re-enter the Personal Order and verify that the correct sales tax rate is reflected.
