Some Jewelers experience that the shipping is updating automatically from Ship to Event to Direct Ship.  This is a known issue that IT is working to correct.

When you are working within a Group Order and following these steps:

  • Add a customer and add items to their order
  • Select Ship to Event ($5)
  • Click Add Items button
  • Click Done Adding Items button
  • ISSUE: Direct Shipping ($7) is now selected even if the customer does not have an address entered

This will cause the order to charge $7 shipping and the order will ship separately to the Event address, so please be sure you check every customer carefully before you proceed to checkout to ensure the proper shipping method is selected (Direct Ship or Ship to Event).
