Please take the following steps to ensure your personal website can accept payments from your customers!


  • Personal Website > My Account > Account > ProPay (verify your ProPay account number and email are correct)
  • If your ProPay information is correct and your website is still not accepting online payments then unlink your ProPay account, then follow prompts to re-link your ProPay account.
  • This will reset your ProPay and Personal Website so that your website accepts online payment.  It could happen anywhere from instantaneously to up to an hour.  Please be sure you refresh your browser when checking to see if it works properly.
