Jewelers on an annual contract who do not renew will be made inactive the following day (instead of waiting until the first of the following month). Then, their Gem Members will immediately roll up to their Sponsor and any downline will roll up 30 days later.


You'll notice that you have a specific DAY for your renewal and that is reflected in your Jeweler Account tab and within your family tree. If you have a downline and a Jeweler in your 10-10-10 is made inactive you still have visibility into the team members that will roll up 30 days later.


Jewelers on a monthly contract who miss two payments will be made inactive the day following the second consecutive missed payment. Then, their Gem Members will immediately roll up to their Sponsor and any downline will roll up 30 days later.


If a Jeweler is inactive they will still have access to reporting by logging into the Jeweler Site with their email and password and they'll also be able to renew for up to six months after they have been made inactive.
