After you submit your Exchange Order the Home Office team will process your order and ship your replacement items. Within 2-3 business days, your Exchange Order will show up on your Jeweler Site Order Dashboard, so you can easily track it!


If you do not see the Exchange form, you may need to reload the page or clear your cache. 


Orders 9/1/17 - 2/5/18 displayed an Exchange as either an Individual Order (if shipping directly to the customer) or as a Personal Order (if shipping to you as the Jeweler).
