If you are not receiving emails make sure your Primary email address on file is correct.

Login to the Jeweler Site > My Account > Profile> Email Addresses

I unsubscribed from email notifications. How can I get back on the list. 

  1. Send an email to commsvcs@premierdesigns.com specifically requesting to be re-subscribed and opt-in to receive emails from Premier Designs Marketing Services.
  2. Be sure you add the Communication Services email address commsvcs@premierdesigns.com to your contact list.


If you have done this and you are still not receiving emails:

  • This may happen for a variety of reasons.  There are many email providers with different rules so please check your Junk or Spam folders before being alarmed.

Be careful not unsubscribe from Premier Designs emails unintentionally.  If you unsubscribe you will no longer receive ANY marketing emails from the Home Office.
