- If you receive an error message that says "charging $xx.xx from credit card did not work" it may be because you are trying to use a card number stored in the ordering system. This option is not working consistently for all Jewelers yet.
- Please try selecting "enter new credit card" to manually enter the card (Note: if this is for your customer you may need to call them to get their credit card number to key in). You CAN use the same card you were attempting to charge before. You may just have more success keying it in manually versus trying to use the “use credit card ending in **xxxx” option.
- If that does not work it may be because the card is declining. Please check with the bank to be sure the card is setup for online transactions and see if there are sufficient funds on the account.
