Create a new order on the Jeweler Site and select the Exchange option. After you submit your Exchange Order, the Home Office team will process your order and ship your replacement items. Within 2-3 business days, your Exchange Order will show up on your Jeweler Site Order Dashboard, so you can easily track it!

If you do not see the Exchange form, you may need to reload the page or clear your cache. 


Once your replacement items ship, you have 30 days to return items to the Home Office before you are charged. In addition to the jewelry you are returning, be sure to include the exchange form you received with the confirmation email.
