Our system is designed to recognize an email and phone number as unique identifiers for each of your customers. You will appreciate this once our full customer management tools are available in the future. However, if you entered the same email address or phone number for more than one customer it will override the name field.

If you do not have a customer's email address or phone number, do not enter someone else's email address/phone number OR the word “none”!  Simply enter their first and last name without a space. For example, if Bob Bolander is your customer and you don't have his email address, enter: BobBolander in the email address/phone number field.

Please note, without a valid email address your customer will not receive notifications from Premier about their order being submitted or shipped.
