I am not receiving funds in my ProPay account after I charge a customer’s credit/debit card…

- You will need to verify your ProPay account # and email address on file with ProPay. Then go to My Account, Account and select the click here to Connect My ProPay Account or Update information . Make sure to add your email address on file with ProPay in the box and select the Link ProPay button.
