hostess items returned to sender due to wrong address

 After not getting my items in a timely fashion I logged on to find out that my items were returned to sender due to incorrect address... which I don't understand how it happened other than that I am brand new and I must have put a fun "title' in for my location for my party attendees not realizing it would later serve as my mailing address. smh.  anyway now I am trying to change the address, not successful yet, and now wondering how and when I will get my items.  Plot thickens, I am moving in a week. Can someone help please, I called the number, it's closed.

Thank you in advance for taking the time.  I know it is my fault for not knowing what I am doing.
